It is already autumn, and winter will be here in two or three months. Therefore, we need to maintain all equipment during use, including our desulfurization mixing equipment. Below, the editor will briefly introduce some relevant knowledge points.
Keep the desulfurization mixing equipment and its surrounding environment clean, and promptly remove material accumulated in the hopper. Condensation from waste material can cause the sensor to fail to zero properly.
Check whether the lubricating oil at each lubrication point is sufficient, and ensure the oil mist device in the pneumatic system maintains an adequate oil level.
Inspect all motors and electrical components for overheating and abnormal noise. Check whether instrument readings are normal and whether the signal system is in good condition.
Check and adjust cylinders, butterfly valves, solenoid valves, etc. Regularly ensure that switches meet requirements to avoid power outages or abnormal sounds.
Periodically inspect all systems for air leakage, dust leakage, oil leakage, and electrical leakage. Address any issues promptly.
Drain accumulated water from the air compressor, air storage tank, and filters every shift, and eliminate any faults that arise during operation.
Butterfly valves, mixers, solenoid valves, air filters, and oil misters should be maintained according to the relevant instructions.
