Mixing equipment is now widely used in various settings and has gained popularity among a broad range of users. So how should we maintain it during operation? Below, the mixing equipment manufacturer briefly introduces some relevant maintenance tips.

  1. The bearings bear the entire load of the machine, so good lubrication is critical to bearing life and directly affects the service life and operating efficiency of the mixing equipment. Therefore, the lubricating oil injected must be clean and the sealing must be sound. The main lubrication points of this machine are: rotating bearings, roller bearings, all gears, moving bearings, and sliding surfaces.

  2. Newly installed wheel hubs are prone to loosening and must be inspected frequently.

  3. Check whether all parts of the machine are operating normally.

  4. Monitor the wear level of easily worn parts and replace worn components promptly.

  5. Keep the base frame surface of the moving device free of dust and debris, so that the moving bearing can slide freely on the base frame when the machine encounters uncrushable material; otherwise, a serious accident may occur.

  6. If the bearing oil temperature rises abnormally, stop the machine immediately and inspect to identify and eliminate the cause.

  7. If impact sounds occur during operation of the rotating gears, stop the machine immediately for inspection and troubleshooting.
